Veljo is an Estonian entrepreneur, investor and tech leader. In 2007 he co-founded mobile payments company Fortumo and served as its CTO. Since 2013 he has been one of the most active angel investors and an early backer of many Estonian success stories, like Bolt (formerly Taxify), Monese, Veriff, Pipedrive & 30+ other companies. In 2018 he co-founded Superangel, the Estonian early-stage seed fund, accelerator and company builder.
