How long have you been part of the L44 team?

I've been part of the since spring when the idea of organising an Estonian tech conference in Toronto came to mind.

What is your “day job”?

I have currently undertaken a position as Head of Startup Estonia, Estonian governmental porgram in boosting and developing the startup sector

What is your background?

I have sales and project management specialist background with 10+ years of international startup sector experience working in e-commerce, B2B Saas (Pipedrive.com), HRtech startups & organising the intensive week-end hackathon events (Garage48.org) boosting the local startup communities around the CEE region. ​

What are you doing for L44?

Startup Estonia is supporting the first ever Latitude44 event in Toronto, Canada

What excites you about your work?

I'm excited about the opportunity of helping in making Estonia one of the best places for startups

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Dance and/or forest bathing :)
