Lauri grew up in Estonia, yet spent most of his academic and business career in Germany. As wanderer between two worlds – tech-savvy Estonia and conservative Germany – he clearly understands the challenges and opportunities facing any company on the road to more connected and digitalized economy.
Now he is Co-Founder of Frankfurt-based emformX that provides sell-side technology for Commercial Banking. emformX has track-record working with leading banks and is also an outsourcing partner to a Tier 1 bank in cross-border FX payments, corporate hedging and digitized lending.
