After organising countless hackathons and running one of the oldest Estonian startup organisations Garage48 for 4 years, Kai is now committing her time to building the startup ecosystem in Estonia through organising different tech events and mentoring/coaching early-stage startups. She has also been active in the Latitude59 team for 4 years - first as a stage moderator and now as a startup and investor relations manager. She is also helping to build a government innovation lab AccelerateEstonia and a new startup festival FutureCo focusing on the question of how to build happy and healthy teams. She is passionate about community initiatives where the result could be anything from a valuable connection to a start of a global success story.
