Ellen Valter is a corporate/commercial lawyer and art conservator, and Chair of the Steering Committee for the International Estonian Centre to be built near Bloor & Spadina in Toronto. Ellen is also Board Chair of the Estonian Credit Union, has served on a number of other community boards and is an active volunteer, spearheading a variety of projects and events.
