Tõnis Arro is a serial entrepreneur, headhunter, and coach. He has co-founded, led and exited several professional services companies (Fontes, Baltic Management Conferences), been the CEO of Estonian Development Fund and its investment arm SmartCap, served as chairman at several supervisory boards (Estonian Film Foundation, Theatre No99). Currently, he is dividing his professional time between London and Tallinn, working for 2 enterprises he has co-founded: he is Chairman of the board of people analytics company Teamscope - SaaS platform for analysing teams for hiring and team development purposes using big data and machine learning and Managing Partner of Executive Search firm Executive Lab. Tonis has studied psychology at Tartu University, management at London Business School and team coaching at the Academy of Executive Coaching.
